Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Rhodes Piano & Art ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects the personal information you give us. We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to respond to you and provide our classes.
What we collect
When you use our trial enquiry form, we collect the parent or guardian's name, the child's name and age, your email address and phone number, your preferred class and time, and any message you add. If you tick the newsletter box, we also keep your name and email — together with the time you consented and the page you used — for marketing updates. We do not keep your child's name or your phone number in our marketing records. We do not collect payment details on this website.
How we collect it
Trial enquiries are sent to us by email through the form-handling service FormSubmit. Newsletter sign-ups are stored in a database hosted by Supabase and managed through our email provider, MailerLite. Our website is hosted by SiteGround, and we use Google Ads conversion tracking (which may set cookies) to measure the performance of our advertising. These providers process your information on our behalf so we can receive your enquiry and send updates you have asked for.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your trial enquiry, arrange and run classes, and — only if you have opted in — to send occasional news, tips, and class openings by email. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything you have not asked for.
Marketing consent and unsubscribing
The newsletter box is ticked by default — simply untick it if you would rather not receive updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We keep a record of the consent you give so we can show it was provided.
Children's information
Because our classes are for children, parents and guardians provide their child's first name and age when enquiring. We only use this to place the child in a suitable class; we never store it in our marketing records and never share it for marketing.
Access, correction, and contact
